Whether you have your own Contractor and Architect, or choose to work with one in our network, we will help guide you and the Construction Team through the process of creating the home of your dreams.
Our white-glove offering is designed to give you peace of mind at every stage of your project. We will walk through your home and plans to understand your design needs and style. We create renders and mood boards to help you envision the final product. You will have access to trade only furnishings and accessories to give your home a tailored and cohesive style. Our project managers are regularly on site to ensure the timely completion of your project. We will even stock your pantry if you want us to! Our priority is to provide additional ease during the transition into your new home and make sure that when you first turn the key in your new space you are elated and feel your home is a true reflection of you.

Proposal & Contract
Once we've determined the final scope and the service that best suits your project, we provide you with a custom proposal and contract.

Site Survey & Inspiration
We start by taking detailed measurements, photos, and video of your space, as well as an inventory of any existing furniture. We use these measurements to develop your design plan and elevations. At the same time we work with you to collect inspiration images and key lifestyle details that we use to build out initial design concepts.

Design, Bid & Budget
During this phase we bring your new floorplans and design concepts to life by sourcing and sampling all the final selections. These are all then presented in our final design presentation. While we work on the design details, we assist in helping collect bids, coordinate your budget, and begin any necessary planning needed to get the project started.

Implementation
Finally, our team will oversee implementation as your project manager ensuring all construction, installations, and finishings are completed on time. We also manage all furniture procurement and white glove delivery, as well as all the styling, art and final touches that make your home everything you'd hoped for and more.

A working meeting to jumpstart your project
Our 90-minute design consultation is the basis for all our design services. Serving as a dynamic working meeting, we establish the scope of work and set the conceptual groundwork for your project and our detailed proposal.
During this session, we impart valuable suggestions, tips and ideas, as well as address questions you may have.
Our consultations are also a great resource for clients seeking intermittent design advice on paint colors, space planning, product suggestions or overall direction and project support
